About Platja de Cala Major
Platja de Cala Major is a beach of white sand, about 200 m long, in Palma's Cala Major district, west of the city centre. It faces south onto open sea and the water is calm. It holds a Blue Flag; sunbeds, boat hire, toilets, showers, a beach bar, step-free access, a small car park, a bus stop, many places to eat and lifeguards in summer are there. EU bathing water: excellent (2025).
