About Platja de Palma
Platja de Palma is the long city beach east of Palma: white sand along about 4.6 km of the Bay of Palma, with a promenade, vegetation and the resorts behind it. It faces south-west onto open sea, so the sun sets over the water, and the water is calm. Sunbeds, boat hire, toilets, showers, beach bars, playgrounds, step-free access, large car parks, buses, countless places to eat and lifeguards in summer are there. EU bathing water: good (2025).
